Will you actually make a profit?
Yes! I have a guarantee for exactly how many leads I am going to bring your shop every month. The amount for the guarantee depends on the search volume in your area (usually 30 to 40 leads minimum). On average, my clients close and win 30% of those leads (which would mean 9 to 12 new cars per month). You can easily do the math based on my guarantee to see exactly how much profit you will make.
How many cars do you need to fix to pay for the ads?
Usually, it only takes fixing 2 or 3 cars to pay for all of your "out-the-door" costs which includes my service fees AND your Google Ad fees. Every single repair you get after that for the rest of the month is pure profit!
Will your price ever go up?
No way. When it comes to the fees I charge at Built by Shah, your price will always stay the exact same no matter what. I will never increase the prices on you or change them.
How can you pay the setup and monthly?
You can pay me easily with a credit card, choosing whatever is easiest and most comfortable for you! Just a gentle warning, many other marketing companies will force you to wire money or send checks because they are afraid you will be unhappy and do a credit card "chargeback." Because I run a very legitimate business and I know you will be happy with my services, I let you pay the normal, safe way.
What if you need to cancel?
You can cancel at any time. There are zero penalties and absolutely no costs to you whatsoever to cancel. We don't trap you in contracts like other marketing companies (because we don't have to)
What if the system doesn't get me new repairs?
If, on the extreme off chance, the system doesn’t perform exactly as promised in your signed proposal within the first 45 days, I will give you 100% of your money back. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
When will you start getting new customers?
Fast! Within 14 days of signing up with me, you will start getting leads. Yes, just 14 days from now, your phone will be ringing with new leads looking to get their cars repaired at your body shop.
What kind of cars / repairs will you get?
We will discuss exactly what kind of cars you work on, and I will make sure to guide the leads toward those specific makes and models and types of repairs.
How much of your time will it take to get this all set up?
Zero! Absolutely none of your time will be needed at the beginning or even later to run any of the marketing.
Can we turn the ad budget up or down?
Yes! You can tell me to turn your Google Ads up or down at any time. If you want more repairs, I turn them up. If your shop gets too busy from the repairs I am bringing in, I can turn them down. Pretty much instantaneously.
How will you know when a new lead comes in?
You will get a text message sent directly to your cell phone. I can also set it up so anyone else on your team gets the text too, like your estimators, CSR's, managers, or as many team members as you need!
Who will be calling and closing the leads?
You and your team will handle this. You will be able to call and text the leads directly through the lead management software I provide. The software is available on both your computer desktop and as a mobile app, making it super easy to communicate and close deals.
How will you and your team learn how to use the software?
My team and I train your entire staff on how to use the lead management software in LIVE Google meetings so you can efficiently close the deals the system brings in. We also train you on how to keep track of your closed deal sale amounts so you always know exactly how much new money is coming in.
Can you track exactly how much in sales you closed every month?
Yes, the software I give you makes it VERY easy to keep track of your new sales every single month. You will always know exactly how much profit you are bringing in by running my system.
How do you know how much goes to Google and how much goes to me?
I am completely transparent. I will run the ads directly on your own Google Ad account, and my team and I simply act as "managers." You will pay Google directly yourself at all times, and I will NEVER collect payments from you to go pay Google. Your payments to Built by Shah will always be charged completely separately, so you will always know exactly where every single dollar goes. Just be careful, as a lot of other marketing companies secretly mix your ad money and their fees together to confuse you. I keep it separate because I want it to be extremely clear and transparent how I'm charging you.
How do you get a hold of me or my team?
I set up a 24/7 WhatsApp group chat for you, your team, me, and my team. You can use it at any time to ask any questions, and during the day, our average response time is just 5 minutes. Unlike other marketing companies that make you send an email and wait 3 business days for a response, my team and I don't dodge you.
How will I make sure your leads are good?
I hold weekly team performance sync meetings with you. We use this time to talk about the types of cars, the repair quality, and the locations you are getting repair leads from. This helps me dial in your leads to be as perfectly matched to your shop's needs as possible.
